google ads attaches gclid to a click. Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid. Meta Ads attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there. These identifiers help connect an inquiry or page visit with the campaign that sent it. They do not turn this inquiry-only site into a checkout.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC receives consent signals for Google Ads. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd handles Microsoft Advertising identifiers. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd handles Meta Ads identifiers where used. The hosting provider serves the site and stores the inquiry database. The mail provider carries the notification to the operator's inbox.
Consent Mode v2 starts closed
consent mode is set to denied at the start for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. Consent Mode v2 holds those four signals denied until the visitor allows storage. It sets them back to denied the moment the visitor declines or withdraws.

Denied consent does not mean every tag stops loading: a platform can receive limited consent signals or cookieless measurement requests without permission to store advertising identifiers. The consent state returns to denied, rather than being treated as permission by silence.
To withdraw or change the decision later, select Cookie choices in the legal row at the foot of any page. The same control reopens the banner and lets you choose again. Global Privacy Control is honoured as an opt-out without asking again. You can also remove site storage in your browser, then revisit the page and make a fresh choice.
